"Chase will renew your faith in work ethic and customer service. He did not try to take advantage of us, was always considerate, hardworking, honest, and kind while being reasonable in his fees for what he did for us. . I would trust him to do just about anything at our home. If the task is outside his scope of expertise l, he will tell you. He aims to please and understands itâ s your home and he respects it as your home."

"Our relationship started out as Mr. Westbrook and quickly escalated to "Wally".  This guy is so friendly, attentive and get this actually listens to your ideas.  I have dealt with other building designers in the past and they have "their" agenda and "their" designs and they want to show you just how smart they are.  Wally listens to what you want, designs it and then tells you why or why not something works or doesn't work.  The guy is great and you get your building but designed properly.  What you might think sounds like a great idea could be a future disaster.  He walks you through the minefield of building design.  His design for our school and residence was first class.  I would recommend him most highly to anyone interested in having a real professional with years of not only designs skills but also hands on building experience.  He is the perfect combination of both.

"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"Great! Mr King gave me some great advice on what I need to do for my house."

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"They are a pleasure to work with and do outstanding work with attention to detail. Javier (who was once a building inspector in Harris County) is a perfectionist."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Doug did an amazing job repairing a hole in our ceiling ."
