It went as bad as a job could possibly go. Did a horrible job of leveling the floor. Tried to get David out several times to fix the issue. He either didn't show up or was very late several times. He never did get that issue finished and also didn't do the other small job he was supposed to...
It went great. Now I can do laundry with hot water on all washer levels due to the new plumbing. They even added another length of pipe to facilitate drainage without extra charge.
All of the work performed with the exception of the cabinet hardware they installed was a complete disaster. The granite on the bar area had to be removed and reinstalled because they did not cut it correctly at the angles, and it was not leveled. They fixed this but still is not leveled...
