"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Working with Dynamic Landscaping was all about the owner being a woman. She did not plant “run of the mill” bushes like most landscapers, she opted for the unusual, yet at the same time well aware of what works in our Texas heat. Her attention to detail showed thru in everything she did, from choice of plants, enlarging our beds with a stone retaining wall, adding a flagstone walkway and sprinklers. I would highly recommend this company. We love our front and back beds!"

"After losing a very large tree in our front yard we hired The Home Group to remove the tree stump and roots, tear out the old grass and replace with new St Augustine sod. The owner, Alex, was onsite each of the 3 days as they prepared the yard by grinding the stump, removing the old grass, grading the yard, adding new top soil, then sod, adjusting sprinkler heads and valve boxes then finally rolling the yard. Our neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks. Alex also installed and programmed a new sprinkler control unit to ensure that the new sod receives the required watering. We couldn’t be more pleased. Job well done!!"

"Mike and his crew did a great job! Installed 4k sf of Palisades Zoyzia sod, trimmed trees, and tuned up the sprinkler system. 10 out of 10. Great communication thru the project and very knowledgeable about the new sod. Highly recommend!"

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Natural pools don’t necessarily attract snakes, although there is a chance they could stop by for a quick visit. They’re not likely to stay, however, because there’s nothing for snakes to eat in a natural pool environment. A well-maintained natural pool has clear water, so you should be able to easily spot a snake before diving in.

Regularly clean pumps, remove debris, and monitor water levels to prevent algae growth and clogging.

One of the most important parts of building a pond is digging the right depth. Your pond needs to be at least one to two feet deep. The specifics of the depth will depend on factors such as the placement of the pond and whether you plan on having fish. If you have fish in your pond, it will need to be at least two feet deep.

Yes, natural pools can get algae since they use the same filtration processes as lakes or streams. However, you can reduce the risk of algae by adding more algae-fighting plants and not installing your natural swimming pool in direct sunlight, as it promotes algae growth.

Yes, it’s possible to DIY a plunge pool and shave labor costs off of the project total. If you’re considering a DIY build, keep in mind that you will be responsible for pool installation and landscaping (which may require excavation). This type of DIY project is best left to particularly handy homeowners who have prior pool installation experience.
