"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "Robert initially came out and measured and gave the cost for the job.  A couple of weeks later they came out again to measure for the exact measurements for making the windows.  Robert said that it would be about 4 to 6 weeks to get them made.  He then called a week before they were going to be ready and scheduled installation for the next Thursday.  They showed up promptly at about 8:30 and had the job complete by mid-afternoon.  Overall, I'm happy with the job that Associated Home Design did.
