"The pocket door was a bit of a challenge. I thought I might have to buy a new set up but Joe fixed it very well. It only needs painted now. He also installed an exhaust fan/light in my guest bath and he did an excellent job. Base molding looks better now that it is tacked to the wall. Joe was great. I will request him for future repairs.

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"I needed all 4 outdoor water spouts fixed, they arrived the same day and quickly. It was realized that the parts needed to be ordered and they came back with the parts the next business day. "We got several bids for the job. Chavez was the lowest by about 20%. I checked Angie's list to see if his work was of good quality, given the very attractive price he quoted and saw only positivie reviews of his work. He started the job on time and finished early and did every detail to perfection. I was really impressed. He used GAF Timberline shingles, which are the #1 selling shingle in the U.S. They also did a perfect job on cleanup which is not a small matter when old roofing materials need to be carefully collected and removed, including nails. I have had several occasions to be on my roof in the past year and have yet to see a poorly installed shingle or edging. I will certainly be a repeat customer if I need roofing service in the future and can strongly recommend Manual Chavez Roofing.

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."
