The window trim that was removed could not be replaced so they had to get new trim that didn?t match the old trim. The paint was matched to the old trim color and paint was dropped off for my husband to paint. Downstairs bathroom window leaked badly and damaged the wall but they finally came and replaced the sheetrock that was damaged. Also last month, in February 2023, we finally received the replacement window that was damaged upon arrival. They kept reassuring us that they weren?t going to use those installers again so if you decide to use this company good luck!"

They were really nice and respectful, they were great! The windows are under warranty and they will replace them for free even if I break them."
