Mr Gandy's two employees were very knowledgeable and professional.  They removed the old thermostat, installed the new thermostat, trained me on programming the new unit, and left absolutely NO MESS.  I was extremely pleased with the entire process from notifying Ronnie of a problem with my thermostat to the installation of a new one.

 I have received service, equipment and parts from Gandy Electric for years, including residential electric projects as well as HVAC.  I have always found Ronnie and company to be very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, especially in emergency situations.  I would recommend Gandy Electric for any HVAC or electrical needs or projects.  Ronnie's advice has saved me lots of money and grief over the years. 

The first time I called this time my central air was kicking off my breakers. The technician came and checked things out he said he didn't believe it were the breakers just a dirty compressor. He blew it out and told me to call if this doesn't work and he would change out the breakers. Trying to save me money which I deeply appreciated. About a week later it started doing it again and I called Mr Gandy and he had his guys at my house the same day at the time I wanted. I've used this company for many years taking care of 3 houses. Him and his techs has always been very courteous, helpful and usually same day service!

Technician was courteous, explained what he was doing each step, got right to the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. Didn't waste time, and didn't pressure me to buy parts or services I didn't need.

Did not make a mess and arrived when scheduled. I have used them several times and service is always A+.

He is good. He comes out quick. He is pretty busy, but he has always been punctual. He is pretty reasonable. We have had him work on our system three or four times.

Gandy's promptly assesed the problem,issued an estimate, and replaced the unit in a timely, profeffional manner. Unit works  as planned, rather than running constantly as previous unit did. Previous unit could not get the temperature to a comfortable temperature even running 24/7.
