Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. "It took them forever to do the small job,they estimated wrong on the tiles that had to be bought for the bathroom and we had 3 boxes of tiles left over (These are expensive Tiles). When they set the shower floor in,we stood in front of it and it was leaning to the west, James Young said,well it's level,he didn't care how it looked and was not pleasing to the eye,we had to add a valance to the top of the shower to hide the fault. James Young's Brother took out our brand new toilet,when he put it back he used 4" screws and then was not able to put the caps on top to hide the screws,when his Brother put in the Floor,he got glue all over the top of the tiles and didn't wipe them clean,I am still cleaning dried Glue. The bathroom shower faucet that James installed is having a problem with not letting enough hot water thru the shower,the cold water is fine,we ended up with very little hot water pressure,when the one handled faucet was turned to hot,it just dribbles out,we had our own faucet,but he decided to put one of his cheap faucets in instead,we have had a sewer smell for months after they left,we have been trying to find it,well we had to take the wall apart behind the shower and noticed that they took the vent pipe apart and left it in there behind the wall disconnected and all the sewer gases were coming back in the house,that was the worst of it,my husband did not want them back in our home,we hired other people to fix their mess ups,oh before I forget,they left the sheetrock exposed in the shower,nothing textured to weather the moisture.
