They responded very quickly, arrived on time and on schedule and took care of everything I needed the same day. They also were flexible enough for me to ask them for an additional service which they also took care of on the spot. I would definitely hire them again for trim work.

Elite Exteriors did an excellent job on our project. Santos was very professional and thorough in his explanation of what his team would be doing. They replaced the trim around our chimney, kitchen window, the back patio area and our front door area and painted all our trim. Our house looks like a totally new house! The team was on time, kept the worksite clean and did an outstanding job. Great work! Great price! Great customer service! If anyone is planning on doing exterior work on their house, I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Exterior.

We cannot say enough good and positive things about our entire experience with Elite Exteriors, who put up Hardie siding on our gables, including all trim and fascia boards and painting. Santos was timely and responsive in all my interactions with him (in person, phone, and emails). The crew arrived before 8:00 each day, and started promptly at 8:00. My husband and I both work, so the crew was on their own. Everything was cleaned and closed up when we got home each day. Their work was outstanding, and what was most striking to me was their attention to detail. In my opinion, they actually did more than they had to (and I have high expectations). And while I did not talk much with the crew, they were all very nice and kind, with positive attitudes. Just an all-around great experience. We would definitely recommend them - no doubt.

Santos and his family were professional, friendly, kept a clean work site and did excellent work. I felt comfortable enough around them to leave my house unattended and unlocked. I will have them out again to repair my covered patio.

I am pleased with the work that Elite Exteriors recently completed on my home by replacing (and painting) the soffits, eaves, freeze boards, and siding with James Hardie material. The crew of 5 was very professional and cleaned up daily. I would recommend this company to others looking for similar work to be completed.

Santos brought a crew of 5 that did a great job of replacing soffits and facia board plus trim work on the siding and repainting my whole house. I have a 2 story with trees that made access difficult. They did a great job. Paint was well masked off no damage to the landscaping. Plus the price was reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Santos Madina made the best presentation of his company, showed me other jobs he did in the area, and is a great representative of the Hardie materials used on this project. A family owned business that really cares about his customers.

Santos was amazing, my house is more beautiful than when I purchased it 25 yrs ago. Removed all old rotting wood and replaced 100% with Hardie, all new windows, storm door, gutters, new roof, and even added a ridge vent and painted doors and chimney to match the rest of the house. He kept to schedule and budget even when I added the storm door and leaf guard on the gutters last minute. Santos and/or his brother Jose were on site the entire time making sure everything went according to plan. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and the crew was very accommodating to get off their ladders and leave the backyard several times a day when we need to let our 4 dogs out to to their business. Santos did not pressure me to commit and waited several months for me to get more estimates from other contractors and make a final decision. He was also very patient and actually quite helpful in allowing me to change my color choices just prior to the materials being ordered. By the second day, I felt so comfortable that I could leave and go to work while they continued to work on the house. I will be using them again for future projects.

Got job done quick, cleaned up everything

Santos and his team at Elite Exteriors completed my job very efficiently and with top notch quality. I had siding around my chimney that was beginning to split and allow rain water to leak through the roof. He quickly identified the poor materials and technique used by the home builder and replaced everything with quality Hardie Board siding. A few days after the job was done it rained pretty heavily and there was no water leak. Santos even called to make sure everything was good. Won’t find many contractors that follow-up like that. Highly recommend this pro!

Santo was amazing! His whole crew were so nice and professional. He quoted me a great price on complete siding replacement and paint on Tue, completed all work by Thursday. They really went above and beyond and their work was top notch. I will use for all construction work in the future. My wife really enjoyed the professionalism of the crew and how they made her feel involved in the process and comfortable which is super important to me.

Used Medina Construction for replacement of substantial amount of wood siding, trim and soffit on brick/wood home (5 day job) with James Hardie Color Plus product. Pros: Santos Medina was most pleasant to work with; very thorough in explanations; reasonable pricing compared to larger companies also recommended by James Hardie ; crew was courteous and hardworking; started and completed job as promised; required no advance payment; agreed to follow all James Hardie best practices and recommendations according to their website; finished product looks just like James Hardie promo pictures. Cons: None. Highly recommended.
