I hired Crown Exteriors to replace the siding, trim, fascia, and soffit on my house and paint it and install rain gutters. It was a lot of work with a lot of material installation and disposal. The project was done in a couple of weeks and now the house looks very beautiful. Randy's crew were always punctual and very skilled at their work and I'm very impressed with the great job they did. Crown Exteriors just completed the replacement and painting of new Hardie lap siding on my house. Randy was a great pleasure to work with. Not only was his estimate the lowest (even in this very pricey home repair market), but included the painting, re-staining of my front and back doors, and temporary removal of some gutters (other bidders did not include this). He spent more than two hours detailing each and every part of the job - 6 pages! That alone was worth the money. I knew exactly what I was getting. He didn't ask for any money up front ( a definite PLUS), and only asked for partial payment at the halfway point and the rest after the entire job was completed and a final walk through was done. His four man crew was fast and did high quality work. What I initially thought might take a couple of weeks took only 4 days. They cleaned up every day after working from around 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. I would hire Crown Exteriors again in a heartbeat.

Randy and his team were excellent to work with. The replacement windows are as good as they promised. The installation by Eric was professionally done, and they also replaced all the wood around the windows (and other areas) with hardy board before pressure washing and re-painting all the exterior non-brick surfaces. Replacement windows can be purchased from many companies, but Crown Exteriors' installation/labor/painter makes the difference. We will be contacting Crown Exteriors in the future to replace the back deck as we are so very happy with their work.

We first used Crown Exteriors 2 years ago to repair some wood siding and do external painting. We were very happy with the end result that we decided to use them again when we needed windows replaced now. They are reliable and do what they say they will. In addition, they are reasonably priced and just do great work for the cost. Would use them again if we have another need arise.

I would highly recommend Crown Exteriors. We had a lot of rotten wood and siding that needed to be replaced on our house. Andreas and Jorge did excellent carpentry work and painting. We also did two colors of paint with two coats each. It was a big job. We are so happy and pleased with the results.

I've worked with Crown Exteriors twice over the last three years, both times due to storm damage in the Plano area. Randy and his team were great! I received estimates/bids within 48-72 hours of calling, and the work started within 7-10 days. My first job was a little bigger which took about 1-2 days and the other job was minor in nature that took 1-1.5 hours to complete. Randy and staff were quick to respond via e-mail or phone and they were always on time. Glad I found a reliable siding company that offers a great price and service to match!

Mr. Griffin responded promptly to my request for a quote and inspected all of the areas needing repair. He gave me a detailed quote before he left. I interviewed two other contractors, but Mr. Griffin's quote on the work to be done was the most comprehensive and the quoted cost was reasonable. He told me that he wouldn't be able to start the job for a couple of weeks which was fine with me. In two weeks, he contacted me to set up a date to do the work. Unfortunately, it rained on the first and second dates that were acceptable; but he and his crew arrived on schedule on the 3rd day. His crew was competent and professional. They answered any questions I had and completed the work that day to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mr. Griffin and his company and would hire his company again to do any similar work.

I was extremely pleased with everything. Randy came out to give me a bid - he was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done. After accepting the bid he scheduled the work and the team arrived as scheduled. They worked diligently and completed everything as promised including painting all new surfaces. They left the site neat and clean and the new area looks like it was original to the house. This is a trustworthy group - I would definitley hire them again.

Eric was the carpenter who performed the work. It turned out to be much more difficult than expected. The old wood had to be removed carefully to avoid damaging the brick and there were a number of other complications. Eric is highly experienced in construction and clearly understood what needed to be done, he was patient and professional and didn't try to rush through. I think it was suppose to take 2 days and took 5-6 days instead. I felt very reassured by Eric's attitude and his high standards of workmanship.

Randy and his crew did a great job. I was trying to install a security system and needed to access the space behind the siding. His crew accommodated my needs, and worked around me. They stripped off part of the siding and then worked on another section while I ran cable in the gaps. They replaced all of the siding and painted it. Looks great.

Randy worked with us to get us the product and colors that we wanted at a price we could afford. He let us know about the construction that would be needed to support the new siding and soffits. He gave us the confidence that he knew his business and would do a good job for us. His crews were professional and friendly. My dog liked the foreman, Eric. That says a lot. They did several extras while they were here at no charge. When hail hit the new steel doors and caused minor dents, they repaired the dents and repainted at no extra charge. I asked for an extra piece of trim at the top of my chimney to make it look finished and they didn't argue with me about it. Eric even fixed a closet door for us while he was here and that had nothing to do with the job. It took 3 minutes, but it meant a lot to me. We have already contracted to have Randy's son, Brandon install new gutters. And we are taking Randy's recommendation on a fence contractor. These are good people who do good work.

Randy's crew were great. showed up at an adequate time, got right to work and were fast with quality work performed. We had one side of our sun room addition wall replaced with new hardy board and they replaced other pieces that were rotted due to weather. They replaced two sides of the rooms fascia and soffits and put new trim at the windows, doors, corners and base of the exterior walls. They sealed everything, pressure washed, primed and painted.

It was not good. They sent out people who were not experience in this kind of job. The overall project was not a very pleasant experience, I would not recommend or use them again. They did finish the job, but it was not quality work during the project. We had to contact and have the contractor in charge back out to make it right and provide quality craftsmanship to the exterior of our home.
