He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."

I had read a review mentioning poor follow-up, but that was not my experience at all. Jeremy communicated with me every step of the way and even came at the end of the project to walk us through everything, ensuring we were completely set up. One of the things I really appreciate is that he guarantees his plants for three months and continues to monitor them, staying in contact during that period. His crew was excellent – hardworking, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without hesitation, and I never once felt like I was bothering them. "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
