"Was a bit of a rocky experience, but all in all, the company did what was right. After what I felt was a poor installation job, the sales manager, Jeremiah, ended up offering to have the contractor return to fix the caulking in the bathroom and area in my sons room that required new paneling. He also reimbursed for the damaged plants in the front yard and cleaning fees for the mess that was left. I appreciate that Jeremiah saw the customer's perspective and listened to their concerns. "NO TO WINDOW WORLD! update** 12/15/2020. Install date is supposed to be today.... it is 1130 AM with no call to confirm and nobody here to install. I hope their quality of work is opposite from their service, sales and communication. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a window company. The install was supposed to happen during summer.... now its freezing outside, great time to have a hole in your wall. I have waited 4 months and still have not had any install or product recieved. I was told when signing the contract it would probably take 3 weeks but no longer than 2 months. I would have never gone with window world if I knew it was going to take this long and wasnt lied to. I asked for a refund with the promise someone would contact me, nobody has yet. I will NEVER use window world again. This was their test run. I have many other windows and doors to replace. I am glad I didnt choose to have WINDOW WORLD do them all at once. Liars, scam and terrible service. I do NOT recommend Window World unless you want your windows installed Late and lying customer service. I got a call already, and was told "unfortunately there is nothing we can do" basically too bad, we lied and there is nothing we will do to make it right."

Windows arrived with a couple of glitches, but with 40 windows that can be expected. EcoView staff immediately resolved the problems ; no hesitancy or arguments from them.
