"The information I was given with the quote was incorrect. I asked if I needed to remove files from file cabinet. I was told no. Movers damaged closet when removing cabinet. However, they are coming to repair. I was told they would remove wall TV and rehang. I had new TV mounts already installed in new home. They removed the mounts from the old home leaving holes in the walls and would not mount the TVs on the mounts installed in the new home. I had to pay someone to hang them. I would not use them again. The company was very responsive to my problems and sent someone to do repairs promptly."
