He knew exactly what my issues are and went about testing for the air toxins I knew were contributing to part of the problem. If you need your home tested for air quality, not just mold and mildew, I recommend him. I did put in some air purification systems and filters that he sells and within 48 hours, there was a noticeable difference. Of course, I need more work done as the house is getting up there in years, as are the occupants[smile], but it's nice and financially reasonable to boot, to have had the air tested, being able to see exactly what was floating around, and then, being able to address some of the issues within 24 hours. Finally, everyone in this market, of course, has something to sell, but what makes it a non-hard sell, is when you are dealing with someone who does have your needs as a priority, can show you exactly what the meters are picking up in real time, and who actually, questioned me about why I wanted something that cost a bit more when he thought I'd be fine with a different one that cost less. He also told me some of the other things I need to pursue on getting the house in better shape, but not once, pushed a contractor, another service his company may have offered, or anyone else at my husband and I.
