All work is done per contract between Louis rermodeling and the consumer per the agreement. Any additional work will be added to the contract to ensure client is well informed. Louis Remodeling gives free estimates at the clients convienance. All remodeling projects will have three year warranty unless otherwise state in the contract.

Sheet vinyl is among the most affordable flooring options, and it’s very durable, too. You can buy sheet vinyl for as low as $0.50 per square foot, and it can last you 10 to 20 years. After sheet vinyl, laminate flooring is the next most cost-friendly flooring option, with prices ranging from $1 to $6 per square foot. Other inexpensive but durable options include linoleum, carpeting, and concrete, each of which can be purchased for as low as $2 per square foot.

While there are many benefits to installing bamboo flooring, there are also a few disadvantages to consider before choosing this type of flooring. Bamboo has fewer color options than wood, laminate, or vinyl flooring, and it can be more vulnerable to moisture.
