Ace Handyman Services San AntonioSteven is very polite and good with animals. He is neat as far as cleaning up after himself etc. He is professional and knowledgeable on any kind of handyman needs. At one point I felt he was stretching out the time but I told the company that I would get the solar light myself so that it would be cheaper for me. (it would add more money for him to buy it) Overall, he has been very helpful by answering questions, and informing me of what my part would be. For example, he told methat I could turn on the backyard solar light myself in five days. He explained how that would work. Yes, it would save me some money also. Jeff was a very determined handyman. Every time he came he said, "It will be fixed!" The gate was not opening or shutting and hefixed it. Also, the light bulb was stuck deep in the socket and he said he would take care of it with no problems! He worked quickly and got the jobs done.- Sylvia Y.

The DrainworksExcellent. I had a gutter that was overflowing. The Village Handyman recommended this company to check the drain tiles since they could not come out. Problem was some roof flashing that had come down and was covering hole to downspout. Shawn found that. But I had him snake the drain tiles and cleaned them out. He checked to make sure water flowed out. Because it flowed he did not run a camera up to check for breaks. We decided to wait on that since the water flowed well. Shawn worked quickly and left no mess.- ELLEN C.

My elderly, handicapped mother was charged $9984.00 for gutter guards on her home. This was after the “Rush Creek Church” discount Paperwork shows it was originally $13,376. She had preexisting gutters, and her home is only 2700 sq feet with know steep roof lines. The paperwork states they Did not Replace gutters, only some hardware, there is a special place in **** for people who take advantage of elderly people, who are clearly incapacitated and living on a fixed income. She is now stuck with a huge monthly payment for two years. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
