"Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work. They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left.
I had got 3 estimates on this work; Cucco's was in the middle on price. My decision was based as much on dealing with Chris for repair of my old system, and his professionalism and willingness to explain things and answer my questions.

"They took the setup manual with them so I can't verify the logs are set up right and the left the gas turned off at the meter. There are two turnoff valves there and it wasn't obvious to me that one was turned off. I called them and left a message that there was a problem and they never returned my call"

"My home is older and the galvanized water pipes have been springing leaks. I called "The Plumber" (Chris) for an estimate to re-pipe the home. Chris promptly provided a well priced estimate for 100% PEX from the supply to the fixtures, new water heater and moving the main supply entry to the house. The Plumber crew was courteous, expedient (completed in a day) and kept a clean work area. I am pleased with the quote, The Plumbing work crew and the overall project.
