After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. "Admittedly a little more expensive, Scott gave me an education on spray foam insulation. I decided to go with them because he understood the process so well it just made me comfortable with the decision. Mini split installation and seal the cement and I’m gonna have a very comfortable place to work year round."

"took most of five days. patriot crew went above and beyond doing things like depositing excavated dirt to build a berm and raising a low spot in another part of the yard. they also hauled off concrete debris that was underneath the house and left us some river rock that wasn't used on the french drains. ventilation system appears to be working as advertised. we were so pleased that my wife baked them some chocolate-chip cookies. they were also pleased."
