"We met with Wally, showed him the very rough plans we had, discussed our ideas and the vision we had for the end result. He "got it". After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. It wasn't easy to take an existing structure that couldn't be changed and design a workable, functioning unique interior but Wally was able to do just that. We found him very open and easy to work with. His explanations of what would and wouldn't work were valuable knowledge for us. We would certainly work with Wally again and not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an architect/designer. "
"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
I also do concrete slaps, concrete driveways, and stucco. I can have 3 to 9 man with me it depends on how big of a job I get. All jobs required 50% down or cost of materials up front.
"The garage door opener needed a part that took almost a month to arrive. Fridge and dishwasher also got few weeks before they were actually repaired."

The time it takes to build a shed heavily depends on the type of shed you buy. A prefab shed can be built in 4 to 8 hours, while a custom shed will be built off-site over the span of 2 to 5 days. It then takes a few hours, depending on the location, to move the finished shed to its final location.
You can use a variety of wood to build a barn door, but the most common options include 1-by boards and 2-by boards for the backing and the decorative boards on the front of the door. Softwoods like pine will save you some money and should hold up well, while hardwoods like maple and oak will stand up to more wear and tear. You could also build the backer out of plywood to minimize the cuts you need to make. Whatever you decide on, make sure the width of the wood is compatible with the mounting brackets you buy.
Rustic and modern farmhouse styles are currently the most popular. These include rustic and antique furniture, muted colors, clean lines, eclectic decor, and natural materials. Some other popular farmhouse styles include the following:
Coastal farmhouse: Creates a lighter, airier feel with soft colors and blue palettes, along with gold
Colonial farmhouse: Focuses on real antique furniture and decor
French farmhouse: Leans on French country architecture and design by including marble and lighter-colored metals, like zinc
Industrial farmhouse: Includes thick, chunky furniture and dark metals
Scandinavian farmhouse: Usually includes lighter wood colors and more refined furniture
Whether pole barn posts should be set in concrete depends on the soil surrounding your home. If your soil is compact and digging conditions are agreeable, then setting pole barn posts in concrete is an ideal option.
Whether you buy a prefabricated shed or build one depends on why you need it and where you stay. For instance, if a simple garden shed is what you’re after, it’ll be less expensive to buy one already built. But if you want a shed with windows, plumbing, and electric work, a custom-built unit might be more suited to your needs.
