From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Randy quoted a price for the job and that is exactly what it came to. He brought receipts for the materials that he purchased for the job as he said he would do. He said he would be at the job at 8 AM and he was there at 8 AM. He said the job would last one day, it lasted one day. He even called and let me know that they forgot to do something and would be back the next morning and he was. On a personal note, Randy knew I was going in for cancer surgery. He called and asked how I was doing from the surgery. I have never had a person who has done work for me care so much. Would I hire Randy and Chris again? I am going to in the next few weeks. I was very pleased."
