My inspection was very thorough, with explanations given for all findings. James and Gary arrived right on time and went over the house from top to bottom. Besides the items that were to be included in the report, they also provided information about a couple of items that were not deficiencies, but that I as the home owner might want to keep an eye on. Very professional, courteous, and personable - I would recommend the HomeTeam service to anyone in the Lufkin area needing an inspection.

It went WONDERFUL!
James McElroy was our inspector and was very thorough and friendly, he explained everything in detail to us in a way that we understood and was extremely professional! If we had any questions he answered them in detail--- I highly recommend using HomeTeam for your next home inspection.

He started the inspection on time in fact he got their a little early so he could inspect the roof and the attic before it got to hot. He crawled over every inch of the house. He answered every single question that was asked and my in laws where there as well as my husband and dad. When the inspection was over we all sat down at the table at the house and went of the inspection report with pictures. After we left the house we had the inspection report within two hours. This gentleman knows his business in how a home should be built.
