He stated that he had come out to the home the prior Thursday and looked at the issue and that we needed a complete roof replacement. He said he left a card the door, but we found no card on the door. He stated that we never called his office, but we have cell phone records that show our first contact to him was July 8th after the company repeatedly disregarded and did not return phone calls to our general contractor. He was not willing to even attempt to fix the leaks around the vents that he performed work on. He then told my general contractor that I refused to let him access the roof, but our security cameras show that I granted him access to the property on three different occasions. I personally refused to climb the 30 feet onto the roof because he had already told me that he is not responsible for the water leaking around the two vents in the house. He was unprofessional, rude, and threatening. He was late and did not bring a ladder earlier that morning so we had to reschedule a meeting for later that afternoon where the above took place. His last words to me were that I could send the Warranty that he did not give me to his attorney. I would attach a photo of it here, if I could. Don't use this company. The lack of communication and arrogance is reason enough. This is my first and hopefully last bad review to ever put on Angies List."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nm/santa-fe/mike-lopez-roofing-llc-reviews-1940183.htm"},"position":5},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"ABC Roofing","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"TX","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Molly W."},"reviewBody":"There was a tornado in March of 2010. Poorly. Tarp placed on the roof was improperly installed, causing flooding to the interior of the house. Would not file on insurance.
Sean Lopez came out to look at a leak that I felt might be covered under a five year warranty that we were given two years ago for work performed around air conditioning vents on the roof. He stated that he had come out to the home the prior Thursday and looked at the issue and that we...

They arrived early on June 6th and removed the damaged shingles on the back side of the roof. They replaced those shingles, repainted the vents and installed a new roof on the Sun Room.
Scott Roofing did a great job at the price quoted. I know the repair was a success since we had serious storms and rain the next week! No leaks. Would recommend and use again.

With nearly 500 five-star online reviews and A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau, Encore Roofs of Nacogdoches, Texas is a locally owned and family operated metal roofing company that has succeeded in giving exceptional service and superior quality to its customers with no dissatisfied customers to date! Most customers found our metal roofing costs to be less than half of other companies, and in many cases less than the cost of a shingle roof replacement. Metal roofing is far superior to shingle roofing for the following reasons; #1 – it is much cooler than asphalt shingles- regardless of color. #2 – it is equivalent to the same cost. #3 – the lifetime of a metal roof is 3 to 4 times that of a shingle roof— or longer. #4 – Metal roofing increases the resale value of your home. #5 – Metal roofing eliminates the possible need for replacing any wood decking due to the fact that the metal roofing is installed using its own wood strip foundation. This is a huge cost savings for roofs that have possible rotten or weak wood decking. #6– Metal roofing sheds water much better than asphalt shingles, and is 2 to 3 times less likely to leak. #7 – the highest wind rating for a regular shingle roof is 130 mph – Metal roofing is 2 to 3 times better. Here are some myths online and otherwise that are simply NOT true regarding Metal roofing: #1 – Metal roofing is actually NOT heavier than shingle roofing— it is less than half the weight of shingle roofing. #2 – Metal roofing is NOT noisy due to the fact that we leave the existing shingles as a sound barrier and a thermal barrier. #3- Metal roofing is NOT 2 to 3 times the price. #4- Metal roofing does NOT affect cell phone reception or Internet usage. Although Encore Roofs specializes in quality and affordable metal roofing, we also provide other services such as blow in attic insulation and pressure washing. Customers like us because; - We are NOT a franchise- we are locally owned and operated. - The owner is on every job, every day of the job. - 95% of all projects are completed within within two weeks of a signed contract. - once work begins on a project, pricing does not change. - trustworthy, professional, communicative, clean work practices, quality materials, guaranteed installation, competitive cost. - Sorry; No hablo español. We look forward to working for you, and making you another one of our very happy customers :-)

FAQs for roof ice and snow removal projects in Clarksville City, TX
Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.
While it is possible to remove snow from your roof without a professional, we don’t recommend it. Accessing your roof can be a dangerous task; pair that with slippery ice and snow that can be heavy to move, and you have a very risky problem on your hands. This dangerous situation becomes more high-risk when there’s a snowstorm or your roof has a steep pitch. To ensure that everyone stays safe, be sure to call a roof snow removal specialist to complete this job with the proper tools and equipment.
While removing every snowflake from your roof is unnecessary, you should remove a significant buildup of snow. Since snow is wet and heavy, it can easily cause damage to your roof, which can lead to needing costly repairs.
Additionally, when the snow melts but has nowhere to go and refreezes, it can create an ice dam, causing mold concerns due to water leaking into your attic and ceiling. For these reasons, it’s best to hire a snow removal professional to clear heavy snowfall from your roof as soon as possible.
Yes, some homeowners insurance policies cover roof damage caused by snow. However, these full or partial payouts can vary depending on the age of your roof and other related factors, like the overall condition it was in before the snowfall. It’s best to check with your specific homeowners insurance policy to determine snow damage coverage and exclusions.
The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.
Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
