"My thermostat was calling for heat and it was not warming up the house. I called Nicks Plumbing bc I saw they also did ac/heating services. Ronnie was my tech dispatched to review the issue. After investigating he determined the control board was bad. He also evaluated the system and made additional recommendations on safety updates and duct work. All I could Afford at the time is the computer board replacement. The verbal price quote was good but the final invoice was higher either due to inflation or increased costs on parts and labor. I canâ t fault Ronnie for this but assume if I got cheaper labor or parts Iâ d deal with other issues in the future or earlier break down. I felt I could trust Ronnie and his recommendations and felt good with the repairs and service."

"Texas Quality Plumbing was easy to work with from the start.  They are quite responsive in terms of bidding and answering the phone. The service team showed up on time and had the required materials on board the truck.
Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.

"I needed a plumber to repair the faucet in the master bathroom. The water was leaking profusely and would not stop. I found a plumbing services called Jostan Plumbing Services LLC. It was with Angi. I found a plumber who was available on an urgent notice. This was pre 4th of July but he came out to look at the job to see what was going on. He never mentioned the price of the job on the phone. When he diagnosed the problem, he said it was $250. I told him that was really pricey for just replacing a Moen valve in the faucet. He said the price is actually $280 but he was giving me a cut and that he's never gone down that low in price. I signed his contract after the job was complete and he left.
