"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

We perform all kinds of home repairs throughout your home no matter how small you believe it may be. 80% percent of our work is generated through referrals which is enough to keep us repeatedly servicing our clients within the Brownsville and Rancho Viejo area. We also offer maintenance / repair service for local and Chain commercial businesses, absent owner / rental property, realtors, condominiums. Once you've tried us, you'll keep calling us back on new projects.

"The crew did a great job stripping a vaulted popcorn ceiling, installing wood tile, painting and replacing trim in our living room. They were punctual, clean and quick, but thorough. The attention to detail was impressive. We brought them back for exterior work, replacing rotten wood all over our 2 story house and patio. He helped us prioritize and worked with our budget, letting us know what needed to done and what might wait for the next round. We thought the price was a little high, but once we received 2 other estimates, his price was in the ballpark, and we were very happy with the quality of the work and thoughtfulness of the crew. Some of the other handymen were quick to offer shortcuts that would look okay, but not be sound--a problem for the next homeowner, one said. We wanted it done correctly, and Ray and his crew offered helpful advice as well as quality workmanship. We will be calling Ray when we're ready for the next round of repairs and remodeling."
