Awesome! Excellent! Fantastic! Dan really takes pride in his work and it shows. He was thorough and adjusted the strike plate holes to make the locks more secure. Worth every penny! Would definitely use Bravo Key and Lock again!

Brandon was great. The door had to be modified to accept the keyless deadbolt, Schlage connect, and he made sure the unit was working properly. Programming the unit is an extra $25 so I did that myself.

I've had them for several things, and they're wonderful. I was not complaining, I was just thankful he could figure it out. No complaints. And I recently had another experience where I thought I was going to have to go to a lock place, and I stopped in at my husband's employer and they said, "You know there one just a short way away over on Westheimer," and it was the same place, so other people are recommending them, too.

Easy to schedule an appointment; the technician was actually early; very careful with my wood floors and explained what was wrong and what needed to be repaired/replaced. Efficient service - was very happy.
