"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

They delivered gravel to my project within a few days and spread it out to fill in low spots. Prior to the delivery they kept me abreast of their status.
