"Wonderful! Ivan and his helper were great, very professional, polite and respectful. The work was the best we have ever had! They cleaned up during and after the laminate flooring was laid. You can’t see any seams or defects in the finished work. PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO THE END! EXCELLENT, WILL HIRE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING I NEED."

"My wife and son were out of the country for three weeks so I remodeled my home inside. I located Daniel and communicated my wishes and time frame, he met me at my home with the sample I had chosen from another retailer. He was professional, courteous, and informative as he took me through the bidding and selection process and ultimately earned my business with the promise of delivery and installation of my new Shaw floor before my families arrival from Europe in 5 days. MIssion Accomplished!!!!! The job was completed with only a couple hours to spare thanks to a well organized install and felt like one of those T.V. show hosts. The bottom line we love our new floor and can't wait to show it off. Thanks again, xxxxxx"

"Joshua Adams worked for me for many years building fences and repairing anything that broke. He never drank or did drugs. He never sat on his rear when others did. If I could go back in business of any kind , He is the first man I would hire. He will be the best hand you can hire. He will make you proud! Marble Restoration questions, answered by experts

It is not recommended to put a hot pan directly on a marble countertop. While marble is heat-resistant, it is not completely heat-proof, and extreme or prolonged exposure to high heat can cause discoloration, cracking, or chipping. Pans may also scratch or nick the surface. To protect your countertop and maintain its integrity, always use trivets or hot pads. Note that faux marble finishes do not resist heat and require protection from hot items at all times.

Yes, quartzite is heat-resistant, so you can put hot pots and pans on top without risking damage.

Unsealed granite is more susceptible to staining and other damage. Regularly sealing your granite countertops decreases the chances you’ll need to repair damaged countertops in the future. It also keeps it looking shiny rather than becoming dull over time. You can check whether your granite needs resealing by putting a few drops of water on the counter and waiting 15 minutes to see whether the water permeates the surface.

Yes, marble countertops are fairly soft and can scratch easily, especially compared to rival materials. However, most marble scratches are easy to repair, thanks to marble polish and repair kits. Deep scratches will require a professional.

Granite is heavier than quartz, since it has a higher density. Quartz is made up of engineered stone, which is why it tends to weigh less than granite. Most granite countertops are ¾-inch thick and weigh about 13 pounds per square foot.
