"Chris and crew showed up Saturday morning to finish forming for the pour and started pouring in great weather just over half way through, the winds and rain came out of nowhere. The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"We have used Southern Painting on various occasions over the last 20 years and would never consider using any other company - they specialize in residential painting and only use high-quality paint. When we moved to an existing home in McKinney, we planned everything with Christian and he walked us through everything and was great in his communication with us, before-during-after the job. William was the crew Supervisor and he and his crew painted the outside of our 1.5 story home. Additionally, they cleaned, sanded, primed, and painted the 350-foot wrought iron fence around our property. They were prompt, meticulous, providing detailed workmanship. I was home the entire 2-days, and they worked tirelessly in making sure everything was done with excellence. I always wait a few weeks before writing a review, and we are not surprised with the continued expertise and pleasure of working with Southern Painting. "Stenson Landscaping did an outstanding job on a complicated project in my front yard. I was looking to have the following done: 1) repair all existing stone landscaping walls (which were in bad shape); 2) demo the old front walkway and pour a new one with a different pattern of stairs; 3) build stone retaining walls down the sides of the front walkway and across much of the front of the yard, and have those walls match the existing stonework; 4) fill behind the walls with gravel and filter fabric for drainage and fill dirt for planting; 5) update all irrigation to the new layout and ground level, including installing drip irrigation lines for future planter bowls. Stenson did an outstanding job at the project. They worked to detailed specifications and designs that I provided them, and were open to feedback and willing to make changes on the fly as needed. The stonemasonry in particular is outstanding - the walls are very solid, built with rebar and concrete footers, and really look incredible. The change in the look of my front yard is night and day. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the project and would absolutely hire them again."

"We have a contract with this company for a roof replacement. The contract was organized with their Lenexa Office on Widmer Rd. Funds have already been dispersed. Last week when we followed up we were told that the Lenexa office had been closed. Several days later (after many attempts to contact the company, which is headquartered in Arlington, TX) we were contacted by their Production Manager who assured us that the project would proceed. Materials were to be delivered Friday the 29th and the work was to be performed the following day (today). The material did not arrive. We called the production manager and were told that although the company had received the funds the owner had not purchased the materials and so the project was/is in limbo. Attempts to contact the owner or the main office have been fruitless."
