The company went out of its normal service area to do our job. We contacted them in early December 2012 to request an estimate. The company stays pretty busy so we had to wait until after Christmas to get scheduled, but that was expected. Overall, we were pleased with the work they performed...

Very reliable and honest. A large part of the cost was for the materials, very little was for the labor. The pipe was leaking around a joint and they came back out the next day and fixed the problem quickly.

My experience was fine. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The chimney cap they put on had come back off and birds got in it. They couldn't work on the chimney until the birds had left. They did agree to come back at a later date to fix the chimney cap.
