They explained everything well, made sure the grab bars were at the perfect height and places for our 90-year-old dad, started and finished the installation the same day and even wiped down our floor afterwards. The salesman, Nick, allowed me the time required to make my purchase decision. The installers, Braxton, Jamie and Mike, completed the installation, clean-up and demonstration that all sliders worked; leaving me with minimal follow-up work to do (touch-up paint on hardie board siding/molding, vacuuming). I wish that contacting the front office was a bit easier; however, we were eventually able to make same day contact. I went with this company after interviewing Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears and Titan. I had considered aluminum windows (easily talked out of) and the Anderson Windows (too pricey).

I will not post a price, because it varies with the number of windows, window design and materials (vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, compost). I would suggest having two window options in mind and getting at least three estimates on those two options. I research Consumer Report for window types; and Home Advisor and Angie's List for companies having quality installation and warranties.

"Canales did an excellent job repairing a water damaged closet and bedroom. They also told me about an expert dealing with the mold I had. Sean rebuilt shelving, replaced floor tiles that were damaged and tore out and replaced the Sheetrock damaged walls in the closet. After he did all this repair and painting I used him to replace ceiling tiles in the garage that were falling down. Sean is very meticulous and skilled in everything he does, and I will be using him again for future projects."

Then technician Scheduled an appointment on 3/27/24 at 2pm to replace a broken part during the maintenance cleaning never show up or call. I called on Wednesday & Thursday left messages! No returned call. Finally Kevin Shop up on Friday afternoon to replace the part. I'm not happy with the second opinion of the work, because it was made of excuses of a bad job done on 2022 New installation Unit A/C"
