"Contractor was very nice, but everything got delayed over and over. Many days where no one worked and we were not informed that no one would be working. Three weeks after the plumber was finished, he showed up at my door telling me the contractor wouldn’t pay him. Nothing ever got completely finished and several things received damage from the workers. On May 14 I finally fired the contractor and found someone else to finish the job."

"Poor job, subpar craftsmanship left incomplete at over 225% of quote/ contract. HE WAS FULLY PAID! Overcharged (GC fees over 100% of original contract and 45% of contract for project not completed) Could not get permits Would not read plans for the first 3 weeks of project Failed to properly manage contractors Allowed big mistakes on framing, drywall/mud work, concrete work Poor craftmanship including wavy walls, numerous bad corners and sloppy imperfections, horrible texturing, incomplete painting Two different electricians causing big confusion on wiring. Improperly installed tankless waterheater (no condensate line). Failed to complete plumbing work on water softener move and no drainline Would not request inspections Would not respond to city inspector Lost materials Abandoned the FULLY PAID project without completing Had a paid dumpster picked up Contracted a project he was unqualified to manage or complete. Single biggest swindle I have experienced in my lifetime. Demoralizing!"
