"The tech was great! He gave us a detailed quote, showed me pictures he took while surveying our roof, and talked to me about pest control. We have approved the rodent and pest control. We have used another company 18 years for the pest control, but Safe Pro impressed us so much we are changing."

"The service providers were nice, professional and on time. Everything went well except the product did not work. Mosquitoes never left the property.
A week later I had to spray the yard myself with an insect spray that I purchased at Home Depot. I had used the product in years past and knew it worked. Mosquitoes were gone the next day.
The service included two additional sprayings. I went ahead and had them perform the spraying. Same results.
Nice guys but I'm sorry I cannot recommend their service.

"Spoke to Adam, who understood my concern of using faulty Uplink app. iPhone Uplink upp would not synchronize with the alarm system status after alarm was manually armed or disarmed. It took 3 months for them to respond. They apologized and credited my account for the months the remote wireless control service did not work properly. He also set an appointment to replace the RF link with the latest software update. Within 4 days, a Smith Thompson service technician showed up at my home to take care of the problem. Have not had any issues synchronizing the alarm system status to my iPhone.

"Critter control did an amazing job treating our house for pests. We just moved into a more rural area and wanted an indoor/outdoor bug spray that was safe for babies and pets. The women in the office worked with me to connect me to Phillip, a manager, who called me back immediately and answered all of my questions and assured me critter control would get the job done to our satisfaction. Phillip came out and explained the entire process to us, was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Phillip explained what our home would need in the future and also informed us of other services of which we may benefit from. We have had many companies come out and spray for pests but critter control has been our favorite by far! We will definitely be following up with them for continued services."
