Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."
