"All-Star Carpet Cleaning and Dye are absolutely the best in their trade. First off I called on the morning of the 30th of January for an appointment. The nice woman on the phone managed to get be a same day appointment. The cleaners consisted of a Father/Daughter duo. They arrived on time, surveyed what I needed and got to work. The furniture in the home had not been done for a long time and after they finished all the colors in the furniture looked bright and vibrant. I was amazed. Rug also had a new a brighter look. The crew were on time, polite and understood the customers needs. i only keep business cards of people I would call again for service. Couch Cleaning Services FAQs, answered by experts

If you don't regularly change your HVAC air filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to several negative consequences. You may experience higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, reduced air quality, and slower system performance. Over time, this added strain can cause parts to break more frequently, lead to system failure, and ultimately shorten the lifespan of your entire HVAC unit. In some cases, it can also contribute to health problems. It's recommended to change the filter at least every three months.

Dry mode positively impacts indoor air quality by reducing excess moisture, which stops the growth of mold and mildew. By maintaining optimal humidity levels, dry mode creates a less hospitable environment for allergens and airborne pathogens, improving overall air quality. However, it's essential to ensure proper ventilation to prevent stale air accumulation.

As a general rule, HVAC air filters should be replaced every one to three months (or every 90 days). However, the ideal frequency depends on several factors, including the filter type and your home's environment. For instance, if you use thinner filters (1-2 inches deep), have pets, have household members with allergies, smoke indoors, or frequently keep windows open, you may need to change the filter as often as once a month. It's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendation as a guideline and visually inspect the filter monthly to see if it's dirty. Regular filter changes are crucial for maintaining proper airflow, good indoor air quality, and efficient HVAC system operation.

Sometimes, you can clean an HVAC filter rather than replace it. If you have a washable filter, also known as a permanent or semi-permanent HVAC filter, wash the filter once per month. However, if you have filters that are not labeled as washable, do not attempt to clean them and reuse them. Many HVAC filters are disposable, and you’ll need to buy a whole new filter to replace dirty disposable filters.

Even if you don’t have an exhaust, you can still use a carbon filter in line with a duct fan. This method is known as “scrubbing” because it cleans particles from the air and recirculates the air within your space. This method allows you to keep your enclosed garden space sealed from the outside environment.
