"Mark answered when I first called and was able to come look at the job and provide an estimate the same day. He and a helper arrived the next morning and spent three hours washing leaves and pine needles off the roofs and gutters of both the house and garage. Then also bagged up the debris. Overall, I felt Mark provided a service than I expected. I would call him again to do other projects as listed in his profile."

"We couldn't have asked for a more professional service!  Stephen took his time and worked hard to ensure we were happy with our service.  Everything turned out great and better than expected!  The difference was night and day once completed.  I would highly recommend Texas Pride Cleaning Solutions and will most definitely use them again in the future!"

"Mr Taylor worked with my schedule.  He is a very nice guy and was very professional and courteous.
I had had the gaps in the driveway filled in a few days before, and he did a very good job of cleaning the driveway and walks.  He was able to thoroughly clean the concrete without disturbing the filler that is in the expansion joints.
I will definitely call Mr. Taylor again next year.

"Steven Jones was very responsive...from his quote to completing the job when (and ahead of) he had estimated. He and his 2 helpers worked in extremely hot and humid conditions and performed their work well. Steven was on-site much of the day, first to introduce his crew and get them started and then to check and join in the various projects.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

Sandblasting is a common method for removing paint. It works great if the underlying material is tough. This is because you can then use more abrasive sandblast materials, making the paint removal process much faster and less expensive. If you plan on removing many layers of paint on smooth surfaces, you’ll need to be more careful about which materials you choose to use to sandblast.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.
