Sheila came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom. She cleaned the ceiling fans, inside of my oven, bathrooms, she even moved my furniture, what she could move. she always does a good job, every time I call her. I am now back on her bi-weekly schedule.

It went flawlessly. My description of their services is in the previous question. They are particularly good at noticing the details and cleaning those areas -- dirty mini blinds, dusty valances, grimy banisters. They also work diligently to remove all stains in tubs and sinks and on tiles. Again, I highly recommend them!

Sheila and her assistant came in and deep clean one of my rent houses from top to bottom. She cleaned baseboards,blinds, inside of the oven, and the floors. My floors was terrible, she made them look very good. I love the way she gave me a tour, and tells me if there is anything that i do not like, tell her she will fix it. I will only use her service.

I called Spotless Cleaning Biz to come and clean my house after a birthday party. The owner sent a team to clean my house, because this was not a scheduled cleaning. My house was very dirty. The team cleaned my house great, Sheila arrive before the team left and inspected their cleaning, she saw that the floors needed to be done again, me personally thought they were fine, but the floors did look better when she finished. Excellent customer service. She really do care about the service she gives.

Sheila and her assistant cleaned my house from top to bottom. She cleaned several things that were not in my package. I really do like her cleaning, My furniture was really dusty so she dust it twice. The floors were vacuumed and moped really good. She climb her ladder and wiped my ceiling fans with her hands. Bathrooms were scrubbed great. I really do like the tour that she gave me after she finish cleaning.

I urge you: DO NOT use this provider. I was connected with Sheila via the Angie's List concierge service, and I couldn't believe how horrific the service was. Sheila came to provide me an estimate to do a deep cleaning my 2100 sq ft home that I just moved into, and quoted me a price of $325 for a full floor-to-ceiling deep cleaning, including windows. This seemed steep to me, but because we needed a very deep cleaning of the house, I was willing to pay whatever it would take to get the work done right. Sheila and her cousin arrived at my house around 6pm, even though we had originally scheduled the appointment for 4pm. I had doubts that she would be able to do the work necessary in the evening when it's hard to see the dirt, and also with just her and one other person, but I was willing to give her a chance. I left the house at around 7 and she said she'd be done around 8:30 or 9 (which also seemed strange to me since that's an awfully short amount of time to deep clean a house). When I returned to inspect the work, I was horrified. It was as though the house hadn't been cleaned at all. * The floors had loose dirt on them and appeared to not have been cleaned at all * Stove display panel greasy * Nightstand not dusted * Window frames still dirty * Glass on tables streaked and dirty * Guest room not done at all; ceiling fan is filthy * Master bath lamps covered in dust * Kitchen window sills still dirty * Light globes on master fan are filthy * The windows still had fingerprints all over them * Obvious spots all over the walls that were supposed to be cleaned * Baseboards not cleaned When I pointed out each issue to her, she would yell at her cousin and blame him for the problem, and yell for him to bring the bucket so she could do it again while I watched. The appointment was so late in the day that it was almost 10pm and I needed her to just leave at this point. I offered to just give her $200 (instead of the $325 I was quoted) just to get her to leave, but she wouldn't leave without $250. I honestly should have paid her nothing at all because the house needs to be entirely redone, but didn't know what to do and was left with no option. I tried to stop payment on the check but she had already cashed it by the next morning. She insisted that I could have my father, who also lives in the house, call her to have her come fix the poor work (I won't be back in town for awhile), but he tried to call her multiple times and her mailbox is full and she doesn't answer the phone. I urge you to avoid this provider at all costs. I'm still trying to determine how I'm going to get my money back. My only recourse at this point may be to take her to small claims court to recoup the money, since she refuses to answer the phone.

I gave her the lockbox number and she did the rest. Excellent work. Will use her again.

They sent 2 techs who were at the home for 4 hours. They did a good job.

I placed the order online and sheila keys said she would not make at all the times I asked ( between 7am to 2.00pm) and I was moving out and needed to drop my keys with the owner of the property.

She was really responsive and was available in a day's notice which we needed. Gave a tour of entire house on what was cleaned and re-cleaned items that was not cleaned completely before. Overall she did good cleaning but if you are remote or do not have time to review the entire house thoroughly for completeness of work, keep looking.

She never showed up. When I called and spoke with her she was very apologetic. She said her assistant never put it on the calender but I spoke with her personally on the phone. She was supposed to come the day before a new owner was supposed to take ownership of our house. It really messed up our moving plans. I would never use her again.

I have had bad experiences with several cleaning companies. I called Spotless Cleaning Biz, Sheila responded to my call within 10 minutes. She came into my house and cleaned it good. She brought her ladder, and touch high spots. Everything she saw she cleaned, the furniture that she could move were moved. When she finished cleaning, she offered to give me a tour. Sheila explained to me what she had cleaned. She also stated , if there is anything I do not like about the cleaning to tell her, she can fix it. I now uses her every week.

Did a good job could have performed more quality cleaning missed some areas but adequate.

Scheduled first visit for consultation to get cost estimate on Oct 11, Sheila did not show on Oct 16. I sent email a few hours later checking about our appointment and provided her my phone number. She emailed and said she said she had an accident. Did not call me in advance because she did not have my phone number. We rescheduled 2nd appt for Oct 23. I was stuck in traffic and arrived home 10 minutes late. There was already a card on the door that said sorry she missed me. At this time I had provided my contact number (cell) and was really surprised she just left and did not try to reach out to me. I called her and left a message as she did not answer. I have not received a call back. Based on her communication style, I am not thinking this is a good fit for me and my busy schedule. I really need a good housekeeper but this does not seem to be a good fit for us. She is offering coupons, I'm glad I did not purchase in advance and then had this issue. She did a great job. She listened to our specific requests and she did it in a timely manner and she is very friendly.

I was very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. Sheila his very accommodating and has a great personality and attitude.

The cleaning was great? My son graduated from college. I gave him a graduation party. The hall that I rented was very dirty after the party. Sheila and her crew came in and cleaned the event hall excellent. She cleaned the kitchen. wipe off 300 tables, bathrooms, floors, mirrors, she even picked up all of the trash and bottles outside. Sheila made the place look just the way I rented it. I was able to get all of my deposit back.

Sheila is great. We really enjoyed working with her. She is very responsive and takes time to make sure the job is done right. She came to the house the week before to give us a quote and then worked with us on the price until we felt comfortable. She brought two other people to the house to help and they cleaned it top to bottom in about 4.5 hrs. They used their own cleaning supplies and when they were done she took us around the house to point out what had been done and ask if we would like anything redone or touched up. We pointed out a few little things that were redone right away. We were happy with our experience.

It went well. They were on time.

Sheila, the company owner, showed up at 8:45, 15 minutes prior to our appointment, and brought an assistant. She looked at my house and she and I talked about the things that I definitely wanted her to focus on (like overall dusting and cleaning the baseboards). She listed some other things that she would do, which were not on my to-do list, and the additional things she said that she was going to do sounded great to me (like clean the shelves of my fridge). They got to work and I went outside. While they were cleaning, I went inside periodically to see how things were going, and Sheila came out to ask me a few questions. When they were finished, I took a tour of the house and everything looked great. Sheila walked with me and pointed out everything they had done and made sure to ask me if they missed anything or if there was anything else that I desired to be cleaned. She also wanted to make it clear that if I found anything that needed attention after they left that I should call and she would come back and clean anything they had missed. The next day, I did notice a couple of things that weren't dusted (which was my main reason for hiring a cleaning company in the first place). So, I did call her and told her about the few things that were missed, and she came right out and fixed the problems. The price was good. The deep cleaning I hired them for on this, their first, visit was higher than typical because the house was pretty dirty, but that was expected. It was very reasonable - and I even got a 10% discount for being an AARP member. The price she quoted me over the phone was the exact price I was charged. I really, really like this company. I have asked them to come back every 2 weeks from now on. The price will be much lower ($85) for her to come out every 2 weeks

Shelia was extremely nice. I gave her a C because I think the price is high and she did not clean my house fully. She charged us $200 for the first clean. I thought this was very high but we needed help. Three hours later they were packing up to leave and the house was still dirty. I cut her some slack for the first time but then my wife noticed the floor was greasy. She uses a cloth and wipes down the floor and came up with a dirty rag. This really upset me so we have cancelled all engagements with her company.

She arrived 25 minutes later than expected, but said that she went to the wrong address. Then she walked through the house and gave me a quote of $275. I should have said no at that point, but since she was already there, I went ahead and agreed. My house needed a a good overall dusting and cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Two of my four bedrooms were empty and required very little work. They were there for only 3 hours and were done. She quickly walked through each room and told me what had been done, but I was not diligent enough and did not carefully look at the work. After they left, I walk through the house again and discovered that they didn't even clean the guest bathroom, and the master bathroom shower was not cleaned. The cabinets in the kitchen were not wiped down at all. There were other areas throughout that were still dusty so I was very upset, but felt it was my own fault for not looking more closely. The next day, I had to go through and wash the floors again because whatever cleaner she used left a film on the floor. Lesson learned, I will not hire someone to clean again. Too costly and not up to my standards.

Spotless Cleaning Biz deep clean my house excellent. She even gave me a tour of my resident to show me what they had did, and then ask me was I happy with her cleaning. The manager does not mind getting her hands dirty, this is what I call team work. Sheila went above and beyond to please me and my wife, by making sure we had a smile on our face. This is what I call excellent customer service by putting the customer first.

My house was cleaned excellent. She really has a passion for cleaning. Her employees are very professional and courteous. I do enjoy seeing them. When she call back to see was we happy, let me know she really do care about her customers. Keep up the good work.
