"I would like to edit the review I submitted earlier.  Once I was made aware of the secondary issues involved with the carpet stretching that I had done, I better understood why there was an extra charge and also the limitations to what could be done  to the carpet due to the condition it was in prior to any work being done.  The house was just recently purchased and it was a rental property for 12 years prior to my son & daughter in law purchasing it.  There was damage to the underside of the carpet which limited what could be done by any carpet stretcher to correct it.  The company was very willing to refund the full amount I paid to make certain that I was  satisfied with the service they were able to render.  I assured them that I wasn't looking for a refund as they did what they could for the deal I purchased.  Since they went the extra mile to explain and even offer reimbursement, I would like to edit my previous review and change it from an F to an A!"
