I had an extremely disappointing experience with [ Take Air, Air Duck Cleaning company]. The services outlined in the invoice were not performed as promised and attempts to resolve the issue have been met with silence. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the company failed to respond, showing a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

They did a great and clean job. It has been 5 months now since they did the work, and everything is still looking great.

Unfortunately, I have to give these people a start, even though they dont deserve it, and I suspect their good reviews are likely fake. Please be cautious and dont let them scam you. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasnt true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I cant ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage

They stated they will clean the ducts from the vents in the room going up through the ducts toward the attic and from the attic down to the vents. They don't bring ladders with them, so if the vent is not within their reach, they only clean from the attic down. This was not communicated until after the job.

They only vacuum vents, added so called deodorize that had no fragrance. Over priced for the work provided. Did not blow blower like other companies. I will not use again, will stick with Stanley Steamer

They were very efficient, as quiet as possible while they worked, and they went the extra mile. The job leader, Shaul does an excellent job of explaining everything in great detail. Emily was very pleasant to deal with to setup the job and she responded quickly to all questions/concerns.

First thing, when he came-in was to ask me if I was Jewish. Then he quoted me a price of $1200.00, after they had already started. I refused. I ended-up paying $169 They did a poor job and didn't even bother to cleanup the mess on the floor, they just left.

They did a great job.

Shaul and his team was great, they helped me adjust everything I asked for and Shaul is very knowledgeable. Only part that I would make me rate them not the highest is the unclear in pricing (even though it was small, but i think as a customer, since we don't know their business 100%, a bit more transparency and explanation would help me be more at ease with the pricing). Work quality is great, but there were mistake to fix afterward, good thing is they did fix it immediately and was honest about the mistake (also not 100% their false as well since they were follow the old set up of the home). Overall i would highly recommend them, if you are a person who like to be able to understand what is being done to your home, Shaul is a great teacher.

Matt worked quickly and efficiently. It must have been a 115 in the attic that day. Maybe that was why he was so fast. He did an excellent job at a very good price. He cleared a stoppage in my A/C pipe so it would drain properly. Would hire again. Thanks again, Vicki

Not really a lot to say. They just did everything right. Quoted a fair price, workers arrived on time, did the job right, and left the site clean and neat.

Francisco and his team did an excellent and professional job in replacing and cleaning our ducts and vents. From start to finish we were very pleased . I would highly recommend them.

The first thing they did was to try and sell me on cleaning my air conditioner for $1800 per unit. But they had a special coupon... $1300. He showed pics of dirty vents. May not have been mine.

My experience was excellent, from start to finish. They cleaned, replaced ducts, insulation, they done a very good job.
