"Great! They arrived at the time they promised. They were careful around my shrubs. The brick and siding of the house looked great and I was shocked at the difference having the driveway pressure washed made. I have asked them to contact me every 6 months to have it done again."

"Manuel and team were on time in morning to soft wash my concrete tile roof of black algae. 4 hours later job was completed to my satisfaction and roof looked new again. I was given a fair price for a job well done and worth it. After 15 years roof was in need of a washing and hopefully it will be another 15 years before its needed again, it kinda all depends on what is blowing in the air thru the years but its best to get it done before it grows worst. Thank you again Manuel. Be safe and keep up the good work."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

Yes, a pressure washer uses less water than a garden hose. There are many ways to use a pressure washer, and it can be an eco-friendly hose substitute. While a pressure washer expels water with greater force, it uses 50% to 70% less water than a garden hose. Specifically, hoses put out six to 10 gallons per minute (GPM), while pressure washers only use two to five GPM.

The best pressure washer nozzle to clean a driveway is a surface cleaner with three wheels to ensure you get smooth, even coverage. The attachment allows you to deep clean a driveway’s large surface without much strain on your body, especially if you add two extender wands. Choose a pressure washer that offers 2500 to 3000 PSI and about 3 gallons of water per minute.

For pressure washing a driveway, a PSI (pounds per square inch) between 2,000 and 3,000 is recommended for both concrete and asphalt surfaces. A pressure of 3,000 PSI is ideal for deep cleaning without causing damage, effectively removing debris, dirt stains, and even oil spills. If your pressure washer has a lower PSI rating, you can still use it, but the cleaning process will take longer. For a more efficient and even clean, consider using a surface cleaner attachment.

Professionals use pH-balanced solutions, fabric protectors, and safe steam cleaning technology for specific fabrics. These products are designed to break down dirt effectively without leaving residues.

It generally takes 60 minutes to pressure wash a 19-foot by 19-foot deck. If you are using a pressure washer for the first time, be sure to take extra time to read all directions, select the right nozzles, and test a small portion of your deck before diving into the task.
