"Houston Custom Carpets did an excellent job with our remodel of two bathrooms and all the upstairs flooring. Matt was extremely helpful with insights about tile and carpeting and offered suggestions and options while paying close attention to what we wanted in each space. Once the job started, Cindy and Randy at the warehouse were meticulous about keeping us appraised of scheduling and making sure that everything went smoothly. The crews that came out were highly skilled and professional and did a great job with all the work. The photo shows before (on the left) and after (on the right) of one of our bathrooms."

"Once cleaned, a sealer was applied to the tile and grout. The floors looked like new! I was very satisfied with the work - the company showed up early, got right to work, and were done before I knew it. Unlike some vendors I have had in my home, there was no cell phone ringing, nor was there texting while the work was going on! I will definitely keep BTECC in mind when it is time for new carpet or to have carpets stretched!"
