"Aug 5th the work was done, next day it rained water was ankle deep in front of my door. I called Harry he said he was booked the next 2weeks. He was supposed to call me Friday as to when he could correct the problem. No call yet. I have pictures of the flooding. I have to use a sump pump when it rains, so I don't have flooding in my house."

Asphalt concrete is asphaltic cement combined with sand or grit. It is significantly more lasting and durable than regular asphalt but also much more expensive. There are quite a few differences between concrete and asphalt. Concrete is more costly up front and more challenging to repair.
