But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

When Mark came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His coworker, Domeigo (I am unsure how to spell his name) was also fantastic. You could tell the two men had a great work relationship. He was dedicated, friendly, and detailed as well. This company goes above and beyond to make your floors look amazing! I did not expect my floors to turn out so well! Yet they turned out so beautiful! I could not be happier! I am so happy to have this 1 piece of my home completed.
