"I hired Laurie to decorate my new empty home completely. A couple issues that were problems with wayfair.com were handed completely by her alone on her time. I spent no time of my own getting them to set things right. She had great instincts where to save money and where to buy high quality furniture to make my house turn into a home. She met me with her contact at a furniture warehouse and spent hours with me offering her opinions. Her husband built for me from scratch a beautiful mud room hutch that I love. His wood working skills surpasses my late father s who built things often for many charities well into his 80s. I look forward to finishing my guest bedroom, my sunroom and and deck with outdoor furniture next year when my budget allows me to. The fee I paid her included her advice that will come next year and I look forward to continue taking her very professional advice. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
