"The sales rep, Paul, was amazing. He was professional and very knowledgeable about bats and the removal process. The tech, Adam, was very thorough and accommodating. The price was fair and Paul worked with me on figuring out how to get what I needed done, while staying within my budget, which I very much appreciated. "It went well. He got the dead animal out of the crawl space in area that not many people would fit. He also took pictures of the crawl space and explained how the animal got in and completed measures to ensure no new animals could come in or return to the crawl space."
