My cabinets had loosened from the wall and dropped about an inch, causing misalignment of the double doors on each unit. When I posted my cabinet repair needs on Angi on one evening, he responded to me immediately on the next morning. He set up a time for service on a Saturday afternoon, and was at my house when he said he would be. He figured out the problem with my cabinets quickly. The quote for his service was very reasonable, much lower than I expected, and he quickly and professionally completed my repair needs. He’s a nice guy. I highly recommend him for your cabinet needs. "

Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."

"We recently moved and my movers had set up the billard table frame and slate. They were not experienced with doing a billards table install so I had Bluegrass Billards and Woodwork finish the job by leveling the table and getting the felt back on. I was glad to have professionals finish the install. They knew what needed to be done and did a fantastic job. During the install they corrected some things the movers had done when doing the initial setup. I would definitely call them again if I need to move the table or replace the felt."

"We called 4 weeks ago when we noticed our unit was freezing up. We called Action because we had just used them in the past and we were satisfied with that service. After we made an appt for someone to come out and look- he diagnosed our problem being a piston going bad. They were going to order the part and get back to us. I had to continually check on the part. After 3 weeks of getting the run around - the parts shipping- not shipping- shipping- not shipping and saying they have tried to reach 3 different supply companies to get this part and have been unsuccessful. I finally called in another local company to take a look and the piston wasn't faulty- in fact those rarely go bad. We actually have a leak in a coil. So.. after waiting 3 weeks to get the wrong part we now have to wait for the correct part to come in. And.. I finally called Action after 3 weeks of the run around and asked to speak to a manager and told him what was going on- he made some calls and got the part (wrong part) shipped instantly. Imagine that. So we have told Action not to come back and let the new company get the correct part. The frustrating thing is... you rely on these people to be experts in what they do .. put your trust in them. But after 3 weeks of the run around I felt something was off and we would have paid them to install a part and it not have even fixed our problem! So I don't recommend them and told them the least they could do was refund me back the $90 service call for misdiagnosing it. I was told to have a good day. Shame."
