The visit was very thorough and Jim was very responsive to my many (many!) questions concerning their proposed treatment, chemicals used, and what I can do independantly to discourage Brown Recluses from entering my home's living quarters. Jim told me that my home actually did not need the highest cost treatment (2 other companies did) and he was very supportive / understanding of my concerns. I finally decided to not proceed with treatment at this time, however if that changes in the future, I will be hiring All-American Pest Control."

"We had a pest problem (mice) in our attic and crawlspace. As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after.
