"They did great. Caught three armadillos, one skunk, a possum and a raccoon. Larry was our trapper and he did a great job notifying us when he was coming around, and what he removed. Jordan was the pre-sales representative and was very professional. Gave some great advice. Also have to compliment the office personnel. Diane was a pleasure to talk to and also very helpful. I liked the quickness of the service and the thoroughness of the follow-through. Would highly recommend this company for any pest concerns you may suffer."

"I used Angie's List one time and that seemed to work out okay. The only problem I had was that there seemed to be some difficulty in the communication between Angie's List and the Critter Control company so that my services were delayed for over a week before both got in sync but I don't know who to blame for that. He has been coming every day since then. He has been very helpful. They have been doing very well. He did stick to the big deal price of 250 for live animal trapping. I had a lot of other stuff done but I did get the big deal price and I paid extra for the other services that he was doing. Let's see how he finishes as we are still in the process. Overall I would rate them a 'B' just because everything is not done yet. I will say a 'B' for the quality because he is not through and he hasn't really done much for me to see. He has been very good for the responsiveness. He comes within a given time and like I said he has been coming everyday so he comes within a time range."

They completed an inspection and discovered that we were having a mice issue. They did not charge us for the inspection and gave us some helpful information. Other companies with whom I spoke would have charged us for that evaluation. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with possible wildlife invading your home. It was important for me to leave this review so that others can have the same type of positive experience that we did today."
