The Ben Suggs family has been building quality custom homes in the northern Nashville and Middle Tennessee area for two generations. Specializing in residential custom and spec homes. Services we offer
Ben the Builder offers a myriad of maintenance services. These services are offered as "one-time" maintenance calls or contract maintenance programs. We also offer maintenance "check-ups" to evaluate your property on a scheduled basis so that we may head off issues before they arise. The "check-ups" also allow us not only to keep a check on the health of the property, but to maintain a presence at the property so that your clients and tenants know they are being well taken care of.
