I know he is booked out thru February, but he took care of emergency water damage and resolved my leaks. All of them. In the crawl space and multiple failed pvc. I know he rescheduled remodel jobs to prevent a catastrophic failure in my house. Replace valve for fridge, replace failed hot water tank.
