"Innovative Floor performed the job on a large 3 car garage as described and expectations were met. We have already received many compliments on the finish and workmanship performed. If an individual in the greater Knoxville area is considering having a garage floor coated, the proper way, this company is strongly recommended. The big box store epoxy kits are difficult to apply and the results, inferior, and durability, debatable. This is not a job for amateurs! Done properly, having a garage floor coated by Innovative is sure to be aesthetically pleasing and should enhance the home's value for the future. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to a clean workshop and garage area. If you're like me you would want the job done right the first time. I'd highly recommend you call this company."

"I met Ezra Tyler from Elite Flooring at my neighbor's while he was there giving them an estimate on their garage. Ezra came over to our place afterwards. Ezra is incredibly knowledgeable and provided highly competitive pricing. He had many samples to choose from. I've been looking at having a polyaspartic finish on our garage floor as opposed to epoxy for the durability and longevity. Scheduling was seamless and Ezra and his team came in, explained the process at every step, and produced amazing results. Ezra and his team are young guys but don't let that fool you. They showed up on schedule, were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ezra and Elite Flooring Solutions."

"We could not be happier with our decision to hire Hobbs Remodeling to replace the tile floor in our master bathroom. They are extremely quick and responsive with communication, and the job was completely done exactly one week from the day that I first contacted them. They arrived on time or early each day, worked diligently all day, and left us with a beautiful, expertly-done tile floor and tiled shower floor. Early in the project, they discovered that water had leaked over time and rotted a portion of our subfloor. There was a gaping hole under the tile that we originally had. They also discovered that the layer of backboard (?) that goes above the subfloor and under the tile had been improperly installed the first time, which is what contributed to our original tile floor cracking and needing to be repaired. They replaced the rotten subfloor and correctly installed new backboard before laying the tile. It is so wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that we have a solid, sturdy, safe floor to walk on. In summary, the finished product is absolutely beautiful, these guys are friendly and professional, the work only took 2 1/2 days, and my dog loved them! We are already planning some home projects for early next year and they are the ones we will be calling!"

"We called Jeff and he gave us an estimate for his work.  Even though he was busy he worked our project in and got it done very quickly, staying until very late in the evening.  The floor looks 100% better than when he started, but later we found that the epoxy was unevenly applied.  This may have been due to the lateness of the hour (finished around 10:30 P.M.) and the fact that the lighting was not good at that time.  He is a very friendly and hard working person.

"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. I recieved a recommendation for the Maven Group from a friend and would also recommend them to anyone else needing concrete work so am writing this review. I just wish I had found them sooner!"
