- Drainage Pros and GradingWe have negative slope from our front yard towards the house. Late last year, we found a spot of mold in the corner of the basement and remediated it with microban and kilz. That corner was moist on the floor, so we had 3 foundation companies out to look at the situation. Since we didn't have any actual water flow into the basement, we went with Drainage Pros to divert water from the negative slope away from the house to see if we could prevent foundation leaks into the basement. Drainage Pros put in two curtain drains and tied in our downspouts to move water away from the front porch and the foundation. One curtain drain was just beyond the sidewalk leading to the front door. The other curtain drain was back close to the front porch as a fail safe. We liked the design and really wanted to try diverting water away from the foundation first before anything else. The construction process was 4 stars. There was what I call a bump in the process. Bob owned the issue and was a big part of resolving the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The curtain drains look nice and really blend in nicely with the landscape. Honestly, it will take time to determine if this solution is going to work long term. We feel good about the chances and didn't have to tear into the foundation, install sump pumps etc. The result was 5 Star

A very patient guy explained everything and then looked at every inch of the outside and basement to create a drawing for the team. He explained that some of the work may be one of two ways and he would let us know on the actual estimate which way is best. He had looked at the structural engineer's report before he came out and agreed with all of the suggestions made therein, and suggested a process and a timeframe for the work. They were able to work us in before the end of the year and completed the work within the stated time-frame even with a holiday weekend in the mix. The workmen were professional and did not litter in my yard or basement. If we need further work done, USS is tops on our list

Nick repaired cracks in my front stairs perfectly. Upon completing the job, they cleaned up and reseeded my yard. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their work. Another team came in and installed structural beams in the ceiling downstairs. The problem was addressed and they did a great job
- Crenshaw LandscapingChris answered all of my (many) questions before, during, and after he completed the work. He (and his team) came out exactly when they said they would and while only one of his solutions was approved by our association, while here, he took what extra "materials" he had and did part of the extra work for us. He certainly went above and beyond when the association wasn't willing to pay for the WHOLE job. He installed a drain pipe with holes and covered it in gravel to let in water that would drain away from the house and out into the yard. They used the excavated extra dirt to raise our stepping stones about 1 " and reinstalled reinstalled them with small paths between to let water get to the drain and eliminate them flooding. He also added dirt between the steps and A/C unit and between the A/C unit and adjacent building corner to further help with keeping water out of our basement

"WOW!!! I truly cannot day enough good things about this company. I called for a clogged pipe upstairs in my kitchen. Tanner came out and worked his magic. He had the best manners and always referred to me as “ma’am”. Extremely polite and respectful. It was $150 + the $50 visit fee. He left, then later that day I noticed that the clog was still present in the pipes because it made it down to my downstairs shower and backed up into there. I called them back and another guy, Denton, came out not even a few hours after my call. He fixed the downstairs shower drain, then called Ron (owner) who told then not to charge me anything for the second visit. Both Tanner and Denton could not have been more professional and had great manners and amazing customer service.
